Embracing Change™
Change is inevitable and necessary for healthy growth. The problem is that it is not the change that is difficult for us; rather it is the in-between time before we actually accept the change that we resist – somewhere between the two “nowheres” – the transition phase. Once we have accepted what the change means to us, we transform.

Structure:

Embracing Change™ is a 3 hour in-person workshop that includes a series of innovative, unique exercises designed to create awareness, spark motivation, and lead people to action. Another vital component of the structure is the 1 hour follow-up coaching call with Marsha to ensure accountability and on-going implementation of the course material.
