Conflict Resolution – Bridging the Differences™

Conflict that holds the belief that there is limited resources and without the ability to transform it, it becomes destructive to the culture.  Conflict is actually a portal to new ideas.  That’s where the term healthy conflict is generated.  Being able to invite all points of view as resources, as parts of the whole of any solution, is the tool to transform conflict into the necessary assest of any company.

The course helps participants learn the anatomy of conflict including their default patterns and the roles they play.  A method for empathizing is taught to really see that one viewpoint is not always the only one needing to be heard.  Facilitated exercises shows our clients how to listen deeply and the extreme value of listening to themselves and others.  In this they get responsible and learn to separate themself from the issue to get out of emotional triggers and to not take feedback as a personal attack.  Within this your staff will gain leadership skills on how to manage conflict and communicate to resolution that solves a problem rather than just temporairly fixes it.

Our corporate clients, as they employ new strategies, report reduced day to day conflict that is counter productive to results.  The respect shown of being more inclusive of others points of view give way to more positive relationships and collaborative dialogue. The sensing of belong increases and with higher morale, less turnover and an over more enjoyable work environment.
