PROCESSES DON’T DO WORK, PEOPLE DO ~JOHN SEELY BROWN

Vital Components of High Performing Teams

It’s time to really wake up and do something different!!

Companies today are pretty savvy at obtaining the technology needed for their organizations to progress, they have leaders that understand the business needs, however it is the cultural mindsets and behaviors that companies are failing to deliver on. In order to compete globally corporations need to have their teams working together to produce the necessary results. They are at the core of being able to use technology and make great business decisions.

A great team is more than its technology.  In order to innovate you often need rigorous, honest dialogue. Relationships are tough enough without the added pressure to meet the needs of the organization.  This workshop will give you insight and tools to deal with the team relationship dynamics, and create sustainable high performing teams.

Objectives:

  • Discover the 6 success factors of Sustainable High Performing Teams
  • Learn the reasons for lack of productivity – spot the trends before it’s too late
  • Gain tools to deal with conflict and the toxic behaviors that destroy great ideas
  • Understand the importance of up front team behavioral norms
  • Learn models and processes to get team members to start collaborating
  • Uncover why attitudes and mindsets affect constructive interactions

A SIMPLE MEANS TO SUPPORT AND DEVELOP RELATIONSHIPS IS TO CREATE TIME TO THINK TOGETHER… TIME TO THINK TOGETHER HAS DISAPPEARED IN MOST ORGANIZATIONS. THIS LOSS HAS DEVASTED RELATIONSHIPS AND LED TO INCREASING DISTRUST AND DISENGAGEMENT. YET WHEN A REGULAR FORUM EXISTS…EVERYTHING IMPROVES. PEOPLE LEARN FROM EACH OTHER, FIND SUPPORT, CREATE SOLUTIONS, AND GRADUALLY DISCOVER NEW CAPABILITIES FROM THIS WEB OF TRUSTING RELATIONSHIPS. THIS IS NO SURPRISE. WE’RE ALL “BUNDLES OF POTENTIALITY” THAT ONLY MANIFEST IN RELATIONSHIP.
