Our intention is to influence the authentic leadership that already resides within executives, partner with it, and move these executives in powerful ways to be fully engaged in the workplace. This in turn, inspires and calls forth the inherent leadership in those around them. We aspire to give business leaders a roadmap to ultimate success and fulfillment. We are vitally aware of how tough it can be in the corporate atmosphere to get past the experiences of “too busy, I can’t even breathe”, “How do I influence to get buy-in and consensus?”, “How do we encourage engagment even in the most difficult times and over the long haul”, “How do we develop the trust needed to have healthy conflict?”, “I can’t get my staff to work to their potential”, and more……

 

 
We know these frustrations come from a plethora of sources, and through a process of gaining awareness to notice patterns and action to put new behaviors in place we address our leadership side and our darksides.  

Exploring and embracing the shadows we hide can transform them into sources of strength and resilience. Our shadows often represent aspects of ourselves that we may be reluctant to acknowledge, such as insecurities, fears, or vulnerabilities. By facing and understanding these hidden facets, we gain self-awareness and the ability to harness these elements for personal and professional growth.

When we explore our shadows, we confront our limitations and learn from our mistakes. This process of self-discovery allows us to develop a deeper understanding of our motivations and behaviors. Through introspection and reflection, we can uncover hidden talents, untapped potential, and unique perspectives that may have been obscured by our fears.

Furthermore, the courage to confront and learn from our shadows fosters authenticity. Authentic leaders who acknowledge their imperfections and vulnerabilities often gain the trust and respect of their teams. Ultimately, the strengths derived from exploring our shadows lie in the lessons learned and the resilience gained. Through emotional intelligence and mindfulness they are able to gain the leadership competencies of personal responsibility, accountability, authenticity and the necessary vulnerability as the precursor to having true empathy.  By being all of these and especially resposible for their emotions leaders become more relational with those they work with, they learn how to work with the inherent conflict in all relationships and build consensus in the midst of conflicts.

Relationships are foundation of all connection, communication, and the collaborative process.  They are the precursor to building mutually beneficial relationships company wide which inturn builds a culture of trust and authenticity; a place where people want to come to work.

The coaches at Marsha Marsh Coaching are not afraid to speak the hard truth, as so often needs to be heard in the corporate environment. Structure:
